We are a local, family owned company and we refuse to compromise on quality in our shop. That's why we source our fresh ingredients from local fishermen. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season.

We make our runs to the gulf coast every week and buy our shrimp & other seafood right off of the boats of Bayou La Batre' Alabama so we can give you the best and freshest product in the city!

Reach out to us between January and July for fresh sacks of Louisiana crawfish! We will be going down and getting them straight from the docks on the bayou to you!
